Val Fiott is a rare find in the world of blood sugar management: A graduate of the Medical Exercise Institute, Val holds certificates from five of the Ivy League colleges (including Harvard Medical), as well as a PhD in Natural Health and ACE certifications in Personal Training, Health Coaching and Weight Management. He is also a certified Life Coach, known for gradually easing clients through the stages of change for healthy behaviors by using visual aids, a series of daily reminders and other unique accountability tools. A “science nerd”, Val’s coaching decisions all come from his three decades of deeply studying industry guidelines relating to both prevention and recovery. Often called a “miracle worker”, he has coached nearly 1000 private clients since 1994 (many of whom came to him with poor blood work and cardiovascular dysfunction), and has held multiple corporate leadership positions in health science. He has repeatedly served as a Subject Matter Expert for The American Council on Exercise since 2010, and sets aside time each week to review new data in the field of therapeutic health.

A great coach will make you see who you can be rather than who you’ve been.
